We needed a jig to use corner splines on our tray so we came up with jig which allows to cut those spline groves. Did some testing it’s working good

Ready to cut our splines, they came out just right

We’ll make our splines out of walnut and use the orbital sander to get the right thickness. Then we cut them longer to size needed and trim them to size after they dry.
